This website is a work in progress (and probably always will be). It's mostly a venue to share photos, so feel free to go explore . . .

I’ve had some fun with my camera over the past couple of decades, here are some of my favorites. More coming soon as I find time to scan slides and prints from past adventures. (Go to the main pages below or look to the left for drop down menus.)

Adventures and Explorations

Backpacking, snow, flowers, mountains and hikes in the Sierras and other amazing places around North America.

Morris Dancing ~ May Days, Solstices, Ales, Gigs and people

A lot of bell jingling, jumping, stick clashing, and other such silliness, oh and a lot of really interesting and wonderful people.

Friends and Family

Travels ~ Travels to Far Away Places, Living Beside the Sea and Making the world more beautiful?!? Still working on that last one. But I am trying to capture the beauty of the world.

Inspired by Miss Rumphius.

Here are a few of my favorite things like raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens, bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens, snowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes, etc etc. . .

Music and Festivals ~ Some fabulous folk music we've discovered over the past few years. Here are my favorites.

Old Blind Dogs ~ New age traditional Scottish folk. Huh? Can understand some of the words.

Le Vent du Nord ~ Quebecois. Gets your feet tapping. Can't understand a word.

Well, it sounded good at the time. After an incredible time living in South America, I adopted mi apodo español. Little Jen. I guess it fits, and it definitely stuck.

Michael ~ I kind of like Michael's philosophy: I DO NOT LIKE TV. He has some great photos of Berk Mo people and others. He also graciously offered space on his server to host this web site! (ie. If something goes wrong, blame him!! he he he).

Don and Carlos ~ Keep up with Don Carlos on their South American and Spanish adventures.

Richard ~ Passionate about rivers and a great chef . . .
